About
I've always been drawn to creative work, the kind that makes you think hard but lets you feel something too. Design clicked for me because it's both analytical and artistic, and I've never been someone who could just pick one.
I also just can't turn it off. I'm constantly noticing when something feels off, a flow that seems to forget there's a real person on the other end. That instinct is what made design click for me, and it's what I bring to every project.
Most of my work has been in healthcare and wellness. The stakes are real, the people using these products are often stressed or confused, and good design can actually make that better.
How I work
Listen first
Research isn't a phase I get through, it's where the real design work happens.
Design for stakes
Healthcare taught me that design decisions have real consequences. I carry that into every project, whatever the domain.
Measure what matters
Conversion is one signal, not the whole story. I care whether someone feels confident and informed at the end of a flow, not just whether they got through it.
